New Audio-Visual System for St Hildeburgh's Approved by the Diocese of Chester

We are very pleased to be able to announce that the the Diocese of Chester's Diocesan Advisory Committee has fully endorsed the installation of our proposed Audio-Visual System.

The system will involve the installing of a large screen near the chancel arch. The screen will fold away completely and be invisible when not in use. A digital projector linked to a laptop and the Internet will also be installed (high up on one of the pillars in the nave). The system will be linked into our existing church sound system. Many churches both locally and around the country make similar use of such facilities.

Using this wonderful new system, we will be able to make presentations, put up the words of hymns and worship songs ... and even show films!!!!

Not only will this development be great for our church family but it means community organizations will be able to hold meetings in St Hildeburgh's when they need to show presentations to large groups of people ... we can, after all, seat 200 people.

Great news!
